March 2018. Rape fictim Mahjabeen Akhtar takes to the police and files an official complaint against a man claiming he abducted, raped and criminally intimidated her. All serious felonies by law. A few days after the written complaint, the fictim testified under oath before the Judicial Magistrate reaffirming her accusations.
However, under the pressure of a fast track court trial process, Mahjabeen Akhtar confessed she "lied because the man was refusing to marry her,”. The confession managed to acquit her victim but backfired by getting her a charge of perjury. “Misleading the court is an offence, particularly when you back track your statement given under 164-A", said the presiding judge.
October 2018. 19 year-old Mahjabeen Akhtar was sentenced to three months in jail.
“I regularly come across such false complaints, where women accuse men of rape for different reasons. The truth always prevails but this should be seen as a warning, a deterrent for all such women,” The presiding judge said.
This is happening just a few days after another woman was arrested in Greater Noida nearer to the capital, for blackmailing and exploiting men as she on each occasion demanded that the man to pay 10 Lakhs (approx. $250) to avoid a false rape claim by her.
We can directly attribute an increase in false rape accusations in third-world countries to western initiatives of "women empowerment" forced or imposed on those countries through the UN. Instead of allowing them to face their own unique problems and deal with those issues in their own way, we the all-knowing west have decided that their biggest problem is that women don't have enough rights. And so therefore, "empower" them with the ability to lie against men and send innocent men to jail. Let's be proud of our anti-nature / anti-commonsense western values AKA libtardism
