April 03, 2019. Benjamin A. Manieri II, contacted the New York State Central Registry, Office of Children and Family Services and made two reports of child abuse. An investigation showed those reports to be false, according to New York State Police.
May 14, 2019. 35 year-old Benjamin A. Manieri II, from Gloversville, was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree falsely reporting an incident, misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Town of Mayfield Court and released on $5,000 unsecured bail to return to court later.
