Holly Ridge, Onslow County, North Carolina, USA. Rob got robbed, or, really? If you're in Holly Ridge you should be yelling "Holly Fu*K!" at this one. It's the first false report we received for this year but unlikely to be the last.
August 13, 2019. fictim (false victim) Robin Austin Edwards paid a visit to the Holly Ridge Police Department and claimed to have been attacked and robbed by a black male and white male in the bathroom of the Holly Ridge Town Park. Robin alleged the men made away with his wallet containing $400. Alright, the report's in, police need to investigate.
Officers first checked around the park area but could not find anyone matching any of the two described suspects. As a part of the investigation, a Detective reviewed surveillance footage of the area by which it was determined that no robbery occurred. August 17, 2019. 27-year-old Robin Austin Edwards was arrested and charged with Filing a False Police Report. He was booked at the Onslow County Detention Center and released on a $500 secured bond which is a hundred plus the amount he reported stolen. Watch this space.
One important element of this story is the description of the alleged suspects being of different races. Not too long ago, we saw here a kidnap fantasist also describe her alleged attackers as "one black male and one white male". Shortly before that, a Gang-rape fantasist/hoaxer here had also described her alleged attackers as black and white males. Is this new strategy by fictims to avoid being labeled racist? or is it done to broaden the attention on their allegation? Of course, each fictim may have their separate reason for choosing a multiracial description of their alleged attackers, but it always boils down to one uniformly flawed reasoning by the liars.
