Lilburn, Gwinnett County, Georgia, USA. From routine traffic stop to sexual assault claims, another empowered virago protests against law enforcement by falsely accusing an officer of groping her. Fortunately, there was evidence to not only clear the officer but help him sue false accuser Marsha Baldwin and win.

September 16, 2016. A Lilburn Patrol Officer stopped Marsha Baldwin for a traffic offense - driving with a suspended registration. Following decent standard procedures, he arrested her and performed a simple pat-down, called a tow truck while preparing to take her into custody. All done, a normal duty task accomplished by an officer. So he might have thought but he was in for a surprise.

September 23, 2016. The officer got informed that a woman he arrested had filed a Sexual Assault complaint against him. She had called the Captain in Lilburn Police Department and claimed that while she was patted-down in front of the patrol vehicle, the officer touched her inner thighs, buttocks, between and underneath her boobs, and also touched her vaginal area, all of which constitute "Felony Sexual Assault".

Following the allegations, procedurally, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was contacted, the State Agency took over the case and heavily descended on the officer with major scrutiny into his history and his general conduct. Fortunately, for that incident he was accused of, the officer had the whole arrest captured on his patrol car dashcam and bodycam, which Marsha Baldwin was unaware of.

The GBI agents reviewed the Officer's dashcam footage but found no evidence of sexual assault or professional misconduct.

October 21, 2016. In a follow-up interview with Marsha Baldwin, the fake victim, she was shown the dashcam video by GBI agents. Rather than admit that she made a false report, Marsha Baldwin claimed the footage had been altered to remove the part where she was sexually assaulted. And then she claimed the assault happened beside the patrol car rather than in-front as she earlier claimed.

She was then offered a chance to watch the bodycam footage of the officer which also refuted her claims. When that lie began to fall apart, Marsha changed her story again, this time claiming she was rather assaulted at some point inside the vehicle and that the video footage had been altered to exclude the assault.

Due to her insistence, the GBI agent sent the video to a third-party forensics lab which later confirmed that the video was neither edited nor deleted. What an extensive waste of our tax funds on the exaltation of deceitful ********h.

The GBI eventually concluded the investigation, and due to overwhelming exculpatory evidence, dismissed the charges against the accused officer. In turn, the liar became the focus of the case.

November 22, 2016. An arrest warrant was issued for 30-year-old Marsha I. Balwin, charged with False Reporting of a Felony Crime, and Making false statements.

July 26, 2017. A grand jury returned an indictment against Marsha Baldwin for both counts of the offenses she was charged with. However, as usual, the female would not be held accountable for her lies when it has something to do with her sexuality.

September 08, 2017. Due to the lack of justice in the case, the falsely accused officer filed a libel lawsuit in the State Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, against Marsha Baldwin for damages to his reputation as a result of her false allegations. See details here

His female attorney argued that even though the GBI found the officer did nothing wrong, the accusations stick for life and could be a career killer. Besides that “These are the types of allegations that make people hang it up,” ... “We have had officers who have had false allegations against them and then they or their spouses have said ‘we’re done.’”

August 19, 2019. After almost two years, a judge ruled in favor of the falsely accused officer, awarding him $131,000 to be legally obtained from false accuser Marsha Baldwin. Not easy but at least a good start.

As you can see here, this is not the first time we have published false victimhood against arresting officers. But it is rare for an officer to fight back with a lawsuit. If not to stop, at least to check empowered women flexing their empowerment muscles against law-enforcement because Women Empowerment has given female criminals an extra arsenal or an edge against whoever dares to stop them from committing an offense or from escaping after committing the offense. Unintended consequences? That's left for you to decide.

Luckily, in this case, the officer won, but is still far from getting a cent out of Marsha Baldwin. His female attorney said: “We are going to pursue every avenue for collection”. Watch this space
