Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania, USA. Gunshot victim of himself calls 911 and falsely reports that he was shot by someone else. Happens frequently as you can see here

September 20, 2019. Afternoon. Police Officers responded to a location where there was a report of gunfire. An hour later, an officer was sent to Saint Vincent Hospital to interview the alleged shooting victim, Bomani Branson (AKA Bomani A. Branson). He had a gunshot wound to his upper left thigh, according to a police statement. How did it happen? The fictim alleged that as he exited from a vehicle that was also occupied by two of his friends, he heard a shot fired and then felt the impact on himself.

The investigation into the incident, however, revealed that the gunshot came from a downward angle and gunshot residue was found on the Bromani’s pants, according to police. The shot was not fired from outside the vehicle. That highly likely indicates that the fictim had either fired upon himself or got his friend to pull the trigger, perhaps mistakenly. That notwithstanding, he seemingly had something to hide, and so he allegedly lied.

February 13, 2020. 21-year-old Bomani Akil Branson faces felony counts of possession of a prohibited firearm and carrying a firearm without a license, and misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering, false reports and tampering with evidence. His bond was set at $25,000.

This fictim is not new to legal troubles. About a year ago, he was busted for drug dealing. A year before that, in 2018, he was convicted and served time for robbing a Restaurant delivery driver. Society needs to keep an eye on Bromani Branson, we don't know what next he might be up to. Watch this space.
